Here we provided the sequences obtained from patients during the 2022 monkeypox outbreak. Being the French National reference center for orthopoxviruses, we centralize, confirm and sequence samples sent to us by hospitals and biological labs. Isolates were sequenced by ONT and/or Illumina technology and assembled in genomes.
