Expression data and differential expression analysis of <i>CDS2 </i>targeted SW837 and OMM2.5 xenografted cells

Expression assessment was done using Kallisto v0.51.1[PMID: 27043002] with ENSEMBLv103 annotation of the Human genome and differential expression analyses was perfomred using R4.4.1 and sleuth v0.30.1 [PMID: 28581496]. This dataset contains two different folders : 1) kallisto: contains a subfolder per sample with the results of the transcript quantifications perfomed with kallisto 2) expression_analysis: contains three subfolders: 2.1) cohort_tables: with collated counts and TPM tables 2.2.) DE_results: results from the differential expression analyses made with sleuth with respective .Rds files per comparison 2.3) overall_qc_figures: qc plots
