如果摄入大量含有农药残留的蔬菜,可能会导致急性中毒,出现恶心、呕吐、腹泻等症状,严重时甚至可能导致休克或死亡。长期食用农残量高的蔬菜可能会导致慢性危害,例如:致癌。也有一些人会对某些农药产生过敏反应,例如皮肤瘙痒、呼吸困难、哮喘等。
本数据可以对蔬菜中农药残留的情况进行安全性评价,为政府部门监管提供依据,避免因农药残留量超标使用而产生食品安全问题,进一步保障消费者的食品安全。1.数据采集:采集样品编号、检验数量、样品名称、项目、方法、最大限定值、报告值、单位等信息;2.数据处理:(1)是否超出标准值,报告值为未检出、报告值小于等于最大限定值的为未超出,反之为超出,具体使用IF、OR的函数;(2)蔬菜中农药残留监测总数:为数据统计范围内总检验数量;(3)蔬菜中农药残留检出问题项次数:通过SUMIF函数将超出标准值的检验数量求和;(4)蔬菜中农药残留问题发现率=蔬菜中农药残留检出问题项次数/蔬菜中农药残留监测总数*100%。
Excessive intake of vegetables contaminated with pesticide residues may cause acute poisoning, presenting symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc. In severe cases, it may even lead to shock or death. Long-term consumption of vegetables with high pesticide residue levels may result in chronic adverse effects, including carcinogenicity. Some individuals may also develop allergic reactions to certain pesticides, such as skin pruritus, dyspnea, asthma, etc.
This dataset can be used to conduct safety evaluations of pesticide residue conditions in vegetables, providing a scientific basis for government regulatory departments to carry out supervision work, prevent food safety issues caused by excessive pesticide residue usage, and further safeguard the food safety of consumers.
1. Data Collection: Collect information such as sample ID, inspection quantity, sample name, test item, test method, maximum allowable limit, reported value, and unit;
2. Data Processing:
(1) Judgment of exceeding standard limits: If the reported value is "not detected" or less than or equal to the maximum allowable limit, it is deemed non-excessive; otherwise, it is deemed excessive. The IF and OR functions are specifically used for this determination;
(2) Total number of pesticide residue monitoring samples for vegetables: The total inspection quantity within the data statistics scope;
(3) Number of non-compliant test items for pesticide residues in vegetables: Sum the number of inspections that exceed the standard limit using the SUMIF function;
(4) Detection rate of non-compliant pesticide residues in vegetables = (Number of non-compliant test items for pesticide residues in vegetables / Total number of pesticide residue monitoring samples for vegetables) * 100%
