Priority sectors of OPAH-RU Rennes old centre

This layer locates the priority sectors of the old centre of Rennes, which benefit from a prioritisation in terms of actions registered under the Programmed Operations for the Improvement of Habitat (OPAH) of Rennes since 2011. They are to be read and analysed with regard to the layers of the perimeters of the OPAHs that identify these OPAHs, which focus on the requalification of the housing offer in the historic center of the city of Rennes. These sectors are defined following a detailed analysis of land carried out in the context of visits to buildings. Sectors 1 and 2 are defined as follows: (1) Buildings with a concentration of highly degraded and degraded buildings, mainly in wood, and a cumulation of pathologies (unsanitary, structural, security...), with an interlinking of technical and land issues and conflicts of use; (2) Buildings located in streets with lower flows and less exposed to conflicts of use. They are characterised by a greater heterogeneity of constructive modes but present important building pathologies. The monitoring and animation of these operations has been entrusted since 2011 to the local public development company (SPLA) Public Territories.
