Amino acid alignment of spore killer resistance gene (rsk) in Neurospora.

The fungus Neurospora intermedia harbours two meiotic drive elements known as Spore killer 2 (Sk-2) and Spore killer 3 (Sk-3). Different alleles at the rsk locus confers resistance against these.This dataset contains a trimmed amino acid alignment of the rsk gene from 98 strains of Neurospora.This dataset was deposited as part of the paper Svedberg et al.
