该数据集主要面向胸部疾病相关的医学影像分析、放射学诊断研究及相关医疗 AI 模型开发等需求建设。其于医院日常诊疗场景中，通过常规使用的数字 X 光机采集原始影像，并经标准化影像处理流程转换，同时由放射科医生依据影像结果撰写报告产生.主要记录了胸部 X-ray 图像及对应的放射学报告等内容数据。其中，影像数据以 JPG 格式存储于 image 文件夹，文本报告以.txt 格式存储于 report 文件夹，报告为自由文本形式，包含影像解读及诊断信息。本数据集完全共享，可通过 Python 标准库或相关医学影像处理工具读取解析。This dataset is developed to support medical image analysis for thoracic diseases, radiological diagnostic research, and the development of associated medical AI models. It acquires original imaging data via routinely deployed digital X-ray machines in daily hospital clinical practice, followed by standardized image processing procedures, and generates accompanying reports drafted by radiologists based on the imaging results. It primarily contains chest X-ray images and their corresponding radiological reports along with other relevant data. Specifically, the image data is stored in the "image" folder in JPG format, while the textual reports are saved in the "report" folder as .txt files. The reports are free-text documents that include image interpretation and diagnostic information. This dataset is fully publicly available, and can be read and parsed using Python standard libraries or dedicated medical image processing tools.
