[IO Islamic 1426] Naḳshbandî Order

(Oxford: India Office, 1903): volume 1,</strong> <strong>number 636 here with notations and hyperlinks]</strong>. <br> 636 A very similar work on the Naḳshbandî order, compiled A.H. 947 = A.D. 1540, 1541 (see fol. 1^b, last line), by Abû al-muḥsin Muḥammad Bâḳir bin Muḥammad ‘Alî, without any special title (on fol. 1^a it is styled تأريخ غريبه ), in a muḳaddimah, four maḳṣads, and a khâtimah. It differs from the Rashaḥât only in so far, as the biography of the founder of the order, Bahâ-aldîn Muḥammad bin Muḥammad Naḳshband, occupies here the same space as that of ‘Ubaid-allâh Aḥrâr, whose life is the principal theme of the Rashaḥât.
