Transcriptome sequencing of HmPIF1 overexpressed Hydrangea villosa Rehd

HmPIF1 plays a key role in the lead resistance of Hydrangea. In this study, the leaf samples of pBI121 empty vector transgenic and HmPIF1 overexpression transgenic hydrangea materials treated with 0M and 1M Pb ( NO3 ) 2 for 6h were measured, and the regulation mechanism of HmPIF1 lead tolerance was analyzed by transcriptomics. To explore the key metabolic pathways and possible downstream genes of HmPIF1 regulating lead tolerance in Hydrangea.
