This study characterizes changes in miRNA signatures in fallopian-tube derived cancer models. Overall design: miRNAs were profiled using the NanoString nCounter mouse miRNA V1.5 Assay in the following sample types: Control fallopian tube, doxycycline-induced fallopian tube, peritoneal metastatic sample, Ovarian tumor, plasma, and test serum from individuals with tumors.
