Reference genomes

Here are the full assemblies (in fasta format) of the reference genomes used to map variants in <em>P. tetraurelia</em>, <em>P. biaurelia</em>, <em>P. sexaurelia</em> and <em>P. caudatum</em>. These reference genomes were obtained from Mcgrath et al 2014 publications provided below. <br> These files were used to perform analyses in the manuscript - "<strong>A population-genetic lens into the process of gene loss following whole-genome duplication"</strong>.
