Single cell RNAseq (scRNAseq) was performed on colonocytes isolated from two experimental groups: 1.) TNBS-induced colitis mice; 2.) TNBS-induced colitis mice treated with indole-3-carbinol (I3C). Experimental mice were 8-10 week old female Balb/c mice and treatment with I3C was given daily at 40 mg/kg dose intraperitoneally (i.p.). For scRNAseq, 1000 colonocytes were sequenced using 10x Genomics scRNAseq technology
