采集相邻点位之间同一时间段内的河道液位和雨量数据,通过河道液位与雨量弱相关性(r=0.35)识别降雨对液位的滞后影响(如6-8时无雨但液位仍高),结合历史数据预测河道风险,为应急响应争取时间;蓝色预警:液位超均值 10%(≥16.65mm/h)且 2 小时内无下降趋势,系统自动推送 “液位关注提醒” 至水利站值班人员;黄色预警:液位超均值 30%(≥19.68mm/h),触发 “上游来水排查” 指令,水利部门同步调取上游水库、支流实时数据;橙色预警:液位超均值 50%(≥22.71mm/h)且持续上升,立即启动 “沿岸防洪准备” 预案,通知沿岸社区、企业做好防漫溢准备。
This dataset collects river water level and rainfall data for the same time interval between adjacent monitoring points. It identifies the lagged impact of rainfall on water level (e.g., high water level between 6:00 and 8:00 despite no recorded rainfall) by leveraging the weak Pearson correlation coefficient r=0.35 between river water level and rainfall. Combined with historical datasets, it predicts river flood risks to buy time for emergency response operations. Blue Alert: When the water level exceeds 10% of the average value (≥16.65 mm/h) and exhibits no downward trend within 2 hours, the system automatically pushes a "Water Level Attention Reminder" to duty personnel at water conservancy stations. Yellow Alert: When the water level exceeds 30% of the average value (≥19.68 mm/h), the system triggers the "Upstream Inflow Investigation" directive, and water conservancy departments simultaneously retrieve real-time data from upstream reservoirs and tributaries. Orange Alert: When the water level exceeds 50% of the average value (≥22.71 mm/h) and continues to rise, the system immediately activates the "Riverine Flood Prevention Preparation" emergency plan, and notifies communities and enterprises along the river to prepare for flood overtopping.
