RNA sequencing was performed for ILC2s sorted from the colon of DSS- or H2O-treated C57BL/6 mice (n = 3 per group). Six- to eight -week-old C57BL/6 mice were fed with 3% DSS or H2O for 6 days, and then colonic ILC2s were sorted and lysed in TRIzol for RNA extraction.
