CCR6+NKp46- ILC3 were isolated from the small intestine of untreated mice by flow cytometry. ILC3 from 3 mice were pooled for subsequent RNA sequencing.
采用流式细胞术从未经处理的小鼠小肠中分离出CCR6阳性、NKp46阴性的3型固有淋巴细胞（ILC3）。将3只小鼠来源的该类ILC3混合后，用于后续RNA测序。
