湿地拥有巨大的碳汇能力,活跃的水汽交换和热量调节能力,是稳定温室气体排放、减缓气候变化的关键生态系统。辽河三角洲湿地是亚洲最大的暖温带滨海湿地,但湿地长期碳水通量的研究还比较欠缺,影响该地区CO2通量和区域碳汇模拟精度,迫切需要对其进行长期的数据监测及整理。本数据集为辽河三角洲芦苇湿地生态系统2018–2020 年通量观测数据,数据采集地位于中国气象局东北地区生态与农业气象野外科学试验基地盘锦芦苇湿地研究站。基于中国通量观测研究网络(ChinaFLUX)数据处理体系形成了标准化的生态系统碳水通量和关键气象要素数据集,数据集包括半小时、日、月和年四种尺度的数据文件。本数据集对准确评价辽河三角洲稻田生态系统碳水通量在区域和全球碳水循环中的地位和作用具有重要意义。

Wetlands possess substantial carbon sequestration capacity, active water vapor exchange and heat regulation capabilities, serving as critical ecosystems for stabilizing greenhouse gas emissions and mitigating climate change. The Liaohe Delta Wetland is the largest warm-temperate coastal wetland in Asia. However, long-term research on its carbon and water fluxes remains relatively limited, which hinders the accuracy of CO₂ flux and regional carbon sequestration simulations in this region, creating an urgent demand for long-term data monitoring and collation. This dataset provides flux observation data of the reed wetland ecosystem in the Liaohe Delta from 2018 to 2020. The data collection site is located at the Panjin Reed Wetland Research Station of the Field Scientific Experiment Base for Ecology and Agrometeorology in Northeast China, China Meteorological Administration. Based on the data processing framework of the China Flux Observation Research Network (ChinaFLUX), a standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological variables has been established, including data files at four temporal resolutions: half-hourly, daily, monthly and annual. This dataset holds great significance for accurately evaluating the status and role of the carbon and water fluxes of the paddy field ecosystem in the Liaohe Delta in regional and global carbon and water cycles.
