CellProfiler pipeline for confocal image analysis_3

This pipeline was created with the open-source software CellProfiler (release 4.2.1) in order to quantify, through automatized analysis of confocal images, the levels of mitochondrial ComplexI in murine fibroblasts following indirect immunofluorescence. The pipeline can be easily adapted to a new project modyfing the parameters in the dedicated menu of each command that compose the pipeline.
