This dataset provides projected changes in near-surface mean wind speed for 63,496 coral-reef locations worldwide derived from CMIP6 climate-model simulations. For each reef location, the dataset includes model-specific projected wind-speed changes (ΔU), ensemble summary statistics, and model-agreement metrics for SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5 scenarios. Wind-speed change is calculated as mean sfcWind during 2080–2099 minus mean sfcWind during 1995–2014.
