资源简介:
Neural crest cells contribute to a diverse array of cell types during embryonic development. Dysregulation of neural crest cells leads to congenital malformations and diseases. It is unknown whether post-migratory cranial neural crest (CNC) cells undergo dynamic cellular movement and how the process of cell fate decision occurs within the first pharyngeal arch. Using single-cell RNA sequencing and RNAscope analyses, we uncovered striking heterogeneity within the CNC cell population and re-defined the patterning domains within the first pharyngeal arch.
