PCRMS

The PCRMs (predicted cis-regulatory modules) database holds de novo predicted CRMs and TFBSs (transcription factor binding sites) in genomes of human and important model organisms. The CRMs and constituent TFBSs were predicted by integrating all available TF ChIP-seq datasets from cell/tissue types of the organism using the dePCRM2 algorithm.PCRMs（预测式顺式调控模块，predicted cis-regulatory modules）数据库存储了人类及重要模式生物基因组中从头预测得到的顺式调控模块（cis-regulatory modules，CRMs）与转录因子结合位点（transcription factor binding sites，TFBSs）。上述顺式调控模块及其组成型转录因子结合位点，均通过整合对应物种各细胞/组织类型中所有可用的转录因子染色质免疫沉淀测序（TF ChIP-seq）数据集，并依托dePCRM2算法完成预测。
