PCB optical inspection autofocus

This is a dataset for testing the autofocusing algorithms. It comprises 25 images, ten times magnification, size 640 x 480, captured with a USB digital microscope. The dataset provides a different level of sharpness in which the autofocusing evaluation function is intended to create a ranking correctly. As can be seen, the quality of the photos might not be satisfying due to their resolution and perhaps too much noise. However, this is a condition that one can evaluate the robustness of the proposed method.
