PCB optical inspection autofocus

This is a dataset for testing the autofocusing algorithms. It comprises 25 images, ten times magnification, size 640 x 480, captured with a USB digital microscope. The dataset provides a different level of sharpness in which the autofocusing evaluation function is intended to create a ranking correctly. As can be seen, the quality of the photos might not be satisfying due to their resolution and perhaps too much noise. However, this is a condition that one can evaluate the robustness of the proposed method.本数据集用于自动对焦算法的测试评估，包含25张由USB数码显微镜采集的图像，放大倍率为10倍，分辨率为640×480。该数据集涵盖了不同程度的图像清晰度，可用于验证自动对焦评价函数能否正确生成对焦排序结果。需注意的是，受限于图像分辨率与较高的噪声水平，部分样本的成像质量可能并不理想，但这一特性恰好可用于评估所提方法的鲁棒性。
