Data for the study: Effect of local and landscape variables on bird communities in forest-agricultural mosaics in Northeast Luzon, Philippines

This contains the data and the code used for the study entitled "Effect of local and landscape variables on bird communities in forest-agricultural mosaics in Northeast Luzon, Philippines", which is currently under review in Biotropica. It includes the bird community metrics for each point count stations, along with the corresponding local and landscape metrics of vegetation. The landscape metrics were calculated at three spatial scales - 100m, 500m, and 1000m width plots centered on the points. This study was conducted in Northeast Luzon, Philippines.
