BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL BASIS OF INCUBATORS

This article examines the organizational and legal framework of business incubators, their role in the economy and their importance in the development of small businesses. During the study, the legal mechanisms for organizing the activities of business incubators, the system of state support, management principles and foreign experience were analyzed. The article also substantiates the priority areas for improving the activities of business incubators in the conditions of Uzbekistan.
