采用单细胞PCR及克隆文库的方法获取福建莆田赤潮过程中的凯伦藻物种ITS区序列数据,测序数据均为单一峰。福建莆田凯伦藻赤潮海水对轮虫和卤虫存活率和(或)游泳能力的影响;数据质量:优;质控过程:实验设置实验组与对照组,实验进行过程中各组别温度湿度光照等环境因素一致,减少系统误差;处理方法:轮虫、卤虫的存活率和(或)游泳能力平均数计算使用EXCEL,显著性分析使用SPSS 22。

Single-cell PCR and clone library methods were used to obtain the ITS region sequence data of Karenia spp. during the red tide event in Putian, Fujian Province, with all sequencing data exhibiting single peaks. This dataset investigates the effects of seawater from the Karenia red tide in Putian, Fujian on the survival rate and/or swimming ability of rotifers and Artemia. The data quality is rated as excellent. For quality control, experimental and control groups were established, and environmental factors including temperature, humidity and light intensity were kept consistent across all groups during the experiment to minimize systematic errors. For data processing, the average values of survival rate and/or swimming ability of rotifers and Artemia were calculated using Microsoft Excel, and significance analysis was performed using SPSS 22.
