NFL, Instagram & Relationships: A Dataset

This dataset was used as part of a study to explore the NFL's use of Instagram to manage relationships with fans. The dataset looks at three teams and their use of each of the six relationship cultivation strategies found in the relationship management theory and relationship marketing literature.
