Enforcement Activities Dashboard

The BECQ-DCRM enforcement section is responsible for ensuring the fair treatment of our environment by enforcing the rules and regulations that protect it. The enforcement section is made up of six individuals - one chief enforcement and five enforcement officers. These officers monitor permitted areas and enforce permit rules and regulations. There are five APC’s or areas of particular concern that are frequently monitored by the enforcement officers. These areas are: Shorelines (S) Port & Industrial (PI) Lagoon & Reef (LR) Wetlands (W) Coastal Hazards (CH) Enforcement officers also visit projects with Major Siting permits, APC (Minor Siting) permits, and any federal consistency projects that are underway. This dashboard app shows currently permitted (and un-permitted) sites that are open to enforcement inspection as well as the areas that enforcement officers routinely patrol.
