Transcriptional profiling of human pulmonary artery endothelial (HAPEC) and smooth muscle (PASM) cells comparing control untreated cells with cells transfected with ARSB-siRNA. Goal was to determine the effects of silenced of arylsufatase B on global gene expression in HAPEC and PASM cells. Two-condition experiment, non-transfected vs. ARSB-siRNA transfected cells. Biological replicates: 2 cell lines, 4 control replicates, 4 transfected replicates. Please note that the experiments were performed technically as dual channel (eg, Cy3 and Cy5-labeled samples hybridized to the same array) but the results were processed as they are single channel (Cy3 and Cy5 signals are calculated; total 8 raw data files for 16 sample records). Raw data file (associated with each sample) is indicated in the sample description field and is linked to the corresponding control sample records.
