Simulated RNA Long Reads with ONT error profile and gene fusions. <br><br>4 parts of the fastq file can be unzipped using gzip and concatenated together to recover simulation reads.<br>simulation.tar.gz archive includes reference file for the simulation which contains sequences of each transcript and depth in the simulation for that transcript. Normal transcripts are followed by fusion transcripts which followed by read-through transcripts..fastq.rpindex file shows which reads are merged together for random-pairings (transcript of origin can be found from read-id)<br>Further details about the fasta header and rpindex format is written in the README file of reference.<br>
