Data for: A systematic comparison of on-axis and off-axis Transmission Kikuchi diffraction

Matlab script of image correlation analysis, which is designed for analysis of a change in Kikuchi diffraction pattern when acquiring equidistant patterns over a grain boundary. The code requires a series of acquired Kikuchi patterns and corresponding parameters as input. The script returns figures on the image correlation and an estimate of the associated physical spatial resolution.
