Data for: A systematic comparison of on-axis and off-axis Transmission Kikuchi diffraction

Matlab script of image correlation analysis, which is designed for analysis of a change in Kikuchi diffraction pattern when acquiring equidistant patterns over a grain boundary. The code requires a series of acquired Kikuchi patterns and corresponding parameters as input. The script returns figures on the image correlation and an estimate of the associated physical spatial resolution.本脚本为图像关联分析（image correlation analysis）的Matlab代码，专为分析沿晶界（grain boundary）采集等间距菊池衍射花样（Kikuchi diffraction pattern）时的花样变化而开发。该代码以一系列已采集的菊池衍射花样及对应参数作为输入，最终将输出图像关联分析相关可视化图谱，并给出关联物理空间分辨率的估算值。
