Data and analysis scripts for: Complementary charge and spin characterization of momentum relaxation and effective spin drag in a two-dimensional d-wave altermagnet

Numerical code and data for the manuscript "Complementary charge and spin characterization of momentum relaxation and effective spin drag in a two-dimensional d-wave altermagnet" (Communications in Theoretical Physics, manuscript CTP-261195). The archive contains: (i) the conserving Fermi-liquid kinetic solver for two rotated elliptical Fermi surfaces, with exact elimination of the infinite angular-harmonic tail, complex-pole continuation, damping projections, and weak-collision coefficients; (ii) the saved numerical tables and the script that redraws figures 1–6; and (iii) the revision calculations for the Supplementary Material: accuracy of the two-rate inversion against exact complex poles, parameter-uncertainty propagation, the generalized nodal identity, spin-flip effects, and Fano/Lorentzian fits of spectral linewidths including instrumental resolution and noise.
