Veillonella atypica restores the intestinal flora dysbiosis in CRC

The purpose of this sequencing is to explore the changes in the structure and composition of gut microbiota in mice after colorectal cancer induction by AOM/DSS, and to investigate the effect of Veillonella atypica (with decreased abundance in colorectal cancer patients) on the gut microbiota of mice.
