A dataset is collected by testing the bit rate performance of the DSP chip across various baud rate configurations. The bit rate of the DSP chip is defined as the product of the number of symbols transmitted per unit time and the number of bits per symbol, measured when the bit error ratio (BER) is less than 1×10^-4.
