Data from: Towards light responsive hydrogel-based valves for flow regulation

This repository contains the relevant data and code for the article "Towards light responsive hydrogel-based valves for flow regulation" by Annina Mittelhozer, Vincent Hickl, Katharina Maniura-Weber, Luciano F. Boesel, René M. Rossi, Markus Rottmar, and Yashoda Chandorkar. I includes the raw images, measurements, and analysis necessary to reproduce all figures in the article. The Origin file 'all_statistics.opju' contains the final data for all main figure graphs as well as statistical analysis. Subfolders within this file show the data for each experiment/figure. We recommend starting in this file, and then looking at the raw data in each subfolder as needed. See README files in each folder for further details.
