<b>Project title</b>: PMACS-64<b>Grant Information:</b> AHA Grant 9TPA34910007, Regulatory role of pericardial macrophages in myocardial infarction<b>Project Description:</b>· Animal Model: Myocardial Infarction· Animal Age: 8-12 Weeks· Animal Sex: Male and Female· Animal Strain: C57B6/J Lys^CreGATA6^fl/fl or Lys^Cre WT-like· Number: 28 mice· Groups: 4 Male Lys^CreGATA6^fl/fl, 6 Female Lys^CreGATA6^fl/fl, 10 Male Lys^Cre, 8 Female Lys^Cre, all infarcted· Experimental Conditions: Mice were given MI via LAD ligation. Animals were sacrificed at day 2 post-infarction. Hearts were collected and analyzed via Flow Cytometry.
