Pooled genomic DNA reads from A. freiburgensis APS7 and APS14 strains used in BSA analysis.

A total of 5 pooled DNA samples were sequenced; 4 pooled samples were collected from Recombinant Inbred Advanced Intercross Lines (RIAILs) constructed in A. freiburgensis using the APS7 and APS14 strains and a single pooled APS14 sample was sequenced to identify the variations between the RIAILs founder strains
