Exploring Immune Microenvironment of Colorectal Cancer Patients after Renal Transplantation

The present data characterizing the colorectal cancer tumor microenvironment influenced by immunosuppressants. We performed scRNA-seq analysis from 4 colorectal cancers and 3 adjacent normal colon mucosae. After surgical resection, fresh tissue specimens of tumor lesions and normal colon tissues (>5 cm from the edge of the tumor) were collected and immediately transferred for scRNA-seq.
