For the research task of intelligent mechanical seals, monitoring technology serves as the most fundamental information source and the cornerstone of the entire intelligent research work. This study installed acoustic emission sensors on the experimental test rig to explore their actual monitoring performance. The rotational speed and pressure were adjusted to investigate the monitoring outcomes under various operating conditions, so as to support the inference of the equipment's operational state from the collected monitoring signals. The dataset is derived from the data acquisition program used in this research.
