Wessex Water Customer Water Saving Device Orders

Our work on water efficiency includes providing free water saving devices to help customers reduce their water usage. By reducing water usage for our customers, we can help them save money on their bills, protect the environment and preserve our water resources. This data is obtained from details of each order a customer has placed. It includes which water saving devices were ordered, date and location. Prior to September 2025 these were ordered through our partnership with Save Water Save Money. Since September 2025, orders are placed through our website. During the first few weeks of September, the two systems may both appear in the data because of timing, set-up delays. The results are grouped by local area (Lower Super Output Area – LSOA) to protect privacy. The LSOA groupings are population weighted areas provided by the Office for National Statistics for geo-anonymisation.
