LET THE HABEAS CORPUS AND MIRANDA RIGHTS TAKE THEIR PROPER PLACE IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM OF UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the role of the Habeas Corpus principle and the Miranda rule in the legal system of Uzbekistan and their significance in law enforcement processes. The Habeas Corpus principle is a guarantee against unlawful detention of a person and is an important legal mechanism for ensuring the freedom of citizens and judicial control. The Miranda rule guarantees a fair investigation process by explaining the rights of the suspect, including the right to remain silent and access to a lawyer. The article analyzes the roots of these two principles in international law and their adaptation to the legislation of Uzbekistan. It also highlights the issues of improving the mechanisms for protecting human rights in the national criminal procedural system. The results of the study show that these principles are important in strengthening the principles of a legal state and strengthening the legal protection of citizens.
