In this dataset contains 3 cases of transcriptome information from 3 normal endometrial tissue of patients with uterine leiomyoma (NE-1,NE-2,NE-3), 3 cases from ectopic endometrial tissue samples of patients with endometriosis (EE-1,EE-2,EE-3).
