本数据是全国第二次一类清查各优势树种按龄组面积蓄积统计表，数据统计了全国除台湾和西藏控制线外西南地区、西北地区、中南地区、华东地区、华北地区、东北地区29个省市自治区各类优势树种的面积、蓄积、幼龄林面积、幼龄林蓄积、中龄林面积、中龄林蓄积、成熟林面积、成熟林蓄积。

This dataset is a statistical table documenting the area and volume of each dominant tree species stratified by age class, derived from the Second National Forest Inventory. The statistics cover 29 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in six major regions of China: Southwest China, Northwest China, Central-South China, East China, North China and Northeast China, excluding Taiwan and the controlled areas in Tibet. The included indicators are the area and volume of young forests, middle-aged forests and mature forests for each dominant tree species.
