We conducted RNA-seq and Ribo-seq for the same samples. IRE1a was knockde down by siRNA. There are two replicates for each group. HEK293A cells were transfected with Control and IRE1a siRNA, then were treated FBS to induce protein synthesis. At last Ribo-seq was conducted.
