Single nucleus RNA-seq of Kdr-FACS cells from late embryonic mouse kidney

Here, we performed single nuclear RNA sequencing (snucRNA-Seq) to interrogate embryonic renal endothelial cells. We identified nine different endothelial cell types, and validated expression of novel candidates using multiplex RNAScope. Overall design: Nuclei were obtained from digestion of whole kidneys. Kdr expressing cells were isolated via FACS and analyzed with snRNA-seq.
