海钓船舶轨迹分析数据

支持查询舟山市任一海钓船艇的历史轨迹，结合电子海图做可视化显示，岸基人员可通过该数据了解辖区内海钓船艇的历史动向跟实时状况，便于对船只进行管理。1、北斗数据收集：收集舟山市所辖海钓船艇的北斗实时定位数据，包括海钓船艇的经纬度、速度、航向、时间等信息。数据来自于船载北斗定位终端。2、北斗数据解析：岸端服务器对收集到的北斗报文数据进行解析，解析成结构化数据，而后进行清洗，对一部分脏数据进行处理，包括去除重复数据、处理数据缺失等。3、北斗轨迹数据生成：将解析后的实时定位数据与海钓船艇的静态数据进行绑定，并落库，并基于时间与GIS空间的算法，从而生成海钓船艇的历史轨迹。4、北斗轨迹稀释：对提取出的海钓船艇轨迹进行分析，根据GIS地图的缩放比例，保留拐点等关键点，对船舶轨迹进行抽稀筛选。5、海钓船艇数据分析可视化：将基于北斗定位的海钓船艇轨迹分析结果在GIS地图上进行可视化展示，形成海钓船艇的轨迹图。

Shore-based personnel can use this data to learn about the historical trends and real-time status of sea fishing vessels within their jurisdiction, which facilitates vessel management.
1. Beidou Data Collection: Collect real-time Beidou positioning data of sea fishing vessels under the jurisdiction of Zhoushan City, including longitude, latitude, speed, course, timestamp and other information of the vessels. The data is sourced from on-board Beidou positioning terminals.
2. Beidou Data Parsing: The shore-based server parses the collected Beidou message data into structured data, followed by data cleaning. Dirty data processing includes removing duplicate records and handling missing data.
3. Beidou Trajectory Data Generation: Bind the parsed real-time positioning data with the static data of the corresponding sea fishing vessels, store the bound data in the database, and generate the historical tracks of the sea fishing vessels based on time and GIS spatial algorithms.
4. Beidou Trajectory Thinning: Analyze the extracted tracks of sea fishing vessels, retain key points such as turning points according to the zoom level of the GIS map, and conduct thinning screening on the vessel tracks.
5. Visualization of Sea Fishing Vessel Data Analysis: Visualize the analysis results of sea fishing vessel tracks based on Beidou positioning on the GIS map, generating track charts for sea fishing vessels.
