RNA sequencing data of cotton ovule and fiber in OE-SWEET15 transgenic lines and WT

WT-25O/WT-25F and OS-25O/OS-25F represent ovule and fiber samples from Jin668 (wild-type) and OE-SWEET15 overexpression lines, respectively. Total RNA was extracted using the RNA prep Pure Plant Kit (TIANGEN Biotech, Beijing, China). RNA-seq was performed to analyze the transcription levels of the ovule and fiber of 25 DPA in OE-SWEET15 transgenic lines and WT plants. Three biological repetitions were obtained for each genotype, and all samples were sequenced on HiSeq 2500 (Illumina) platform.
