This is a MongoDB database that represents the index for a semantic search application (OWIM). The index consists of a multiset of MeSH concepts for each document. The concepts are extracted via spacy en_core_sci_sm model and linked to MeSH via spacy entity linker. A confidence threshold of 0.8 is used during indexation process.
