RNA-sequencing of Capsicum annuum and Solanum lycopersicum pre-primed with Sargassum vulagre and Acanthophora spicifera seaweed extracts

The study aimed at providing insights into the molecular mechanisms induced when plants are foliar treated with seaweed extracts. This would provide clear conclusions into the induced growth and defense effects of seaweed extracts as biostimulants and their indirect effect on the plant system.
