Fermentation metagenome from Bacterial community in clay minerals applied kimchi

Different type of bentonite which were substituted cations (Na+, Mg+ and K+) were applied in kimchi as ingredient to analyze their effect on microbial community during 10 days of kimchi fermentation. The amplicon sequencing targeting bacterial 16S rRNA gene was conducted with ion torrent PGM.
