Forming process failures

When producing bolts in a forming process, the pressure signals are recorded per forming cycle of a bolt. The dataset is collected from experiments of different failure modes of a forming process. There are 2 experiments recorded in csv format. Four failure modes, including core broken, cavity block, insufficient lubrication, and material out-of-specification, as well as one normal mode are provided. The two experiments were performed in the same machine with different cavities and cores, and saved in Forming Failures Exp1 and Exp2, respectively.在采用成型工艺生产螺栓的过程中，会针对每一轮螺栓成型循环记录对应的压力信号。本数据集采集自针对成型工艺不同失效模式开展的实验，包含两份以CSV格式存储的实验数据。本次数据集共涵盖四种失效模式与一种正常生产模式：分别为芯棒断裂（core broken）、型腔堵塞（cavity block）、润滑不足（insufficient lubrication）以及材料规格不符（material out-of-specification）。两项实验均在同一台生产设备上开展，仅更换了不同的型腔与芯棒，实验数据分别存储于Forming Failures Exp1与Forming Failures Exp2目录中。
